new toys my kids have already broken/destroyed

Am I the only mom out there who loves when I toy breaks? It gives me a reason to get rid of it without feeling guilty! Here is a list of new toys my kids have broken/destroyed since Christmas:

silverware from kitchen set
toy cardboard 'food boxes' (they were destined for the trash before we even opened them!)
race track
needle from doctor kit
baby bottle

here's a picture of some of the said broken objects:

I love this post! I just used the excuse of having a play date tonight to entirely weed through toys old AND new that were either broken, missing pieces, small and annoying, without their home, I didn't like, and the list goes on!!!! :) It's good to know we're not alone in 1- our guilt and 2 - our actions!!!!! haha

Reagan and Nolan made quick work of the cardboard boxes from their kitchen on Christmas Day too! I took the rest away for "later."

They also had one of the sponges on a handle that they started to eat when Daddy was watching them the other day. I didn't know about it for several days, but now explains why Reagans diaper looked the way it did the other day.

They have also broken the drawer on the brand new train table. Guess it is not meant to hold 25lbs!

I have to go through their books and pull out all the ones that look like a dog worked on them for lunch (no dog here, just R & N!)
